At Kollegiate Greek, every piece is carefully designed and produced with premium materials and attention to detail. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only when the wrong size was sent due to a fulfillment error on our part.

To qualify for an exchange:

  The item must be unworn and unwashed

  The item must be in its original condition
• 
  All original tags and packaging must be included
• 
  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• 
  Proof of purchase may be required

If you selected the wrong size when placing your order, we are not responsible for providing an exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, if approved, provide an appropriate replacement or exchange.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed. Pre-orders require production time, and your purchase helps us secure the materials and production needed to create the collection.
