KOLLEGIATE GREEK — SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

At Kollegiate Greek, we take pride in creating high-quality pieces that represent HBCU culture, history, and achievement. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities and require time for production, shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as Pre-Order are made specifically for the collection and require additional production time.

Pre-Order processing and production may take approximately 4–6 weeks before the order is shipped.

Please note that the 4–6 week timeframe is an estimated production timeframe and may vary depending on production, quality control, and other circumstances.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Items that are currently in stock will typically be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Kollegiate Greek is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

For pre-orders, please understand that the production period is separate from the shipping time. Your order will ship once the product has completed production and quality control.

PLEASE NOTE

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timeframe associated with the product you purchased.

Thank you for your patience and support while we take the time to create quality pieces worthy of the culture and history they represent.
